Fair revisions,
and fair returns.

Because our services and deliverables are custom digital work, they cannot be returned in the way physical goods can. Instead, we focus on revisions to make sure the final result meets the agreed brief.

Your proposal or agreement states the number of revision rounds included for each stage. Feedback within the agreed scope is addressed at no extra cost. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

You can cancel a project by notifying us in writing. You will be responsible for work completed and costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, as set out in your agreement.

Payments for work already started or delivered are generally non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, we will refund the portion of fees that relates to work not yet completed.

If you are unhappy with any part of our work, please tell us as soon as possible with specific details. We will review your concerns and work with you on a fair resolution.
